Terms of Use

By using the Zudia application ("App") or the zudia.app website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Zudia. The App is provided by AB Ortadogu Dis Ticaret ve Egitim Hizmetleri Ltd. Sti. ("Company", "we").

Zudia is a mobile application that offers personal cosmic analysis and compatibility calculations based on astrology, Human Design and numerology.

Important: Zudia is an entertainment and personal development app. The analyses provided are not scientific evidence and do not replace professional advice of any kind.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are expected to provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Each person may create only one account.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Sharing spam, advertising or unsolicited commercial content
• Manipulating or reverse engineering the App's technical infrastructure
• Using the App for illegal activities

Information you provide (birth data, profile details) is your responsibility. Content that violates these rules may be removed without prior notice.

The Service is currently free of charge within monthly fair-use quotas. All content on Zudia — including but not limited to natal charts, horoscopes, daily readings, compatibility scores, numerology numbers, Human Design profiles and answers produced by Oracle AI — is provided strictly for entertainment, inspiration and personal self-discovery purposes.

• This content does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or any other form of professional advice, and must not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
• Astrology, numerology and Human Design are belief- and interpretation-based systems; the Company makes no representation as to the scientific accuracy of the readings.
• Decisions you make based on the content (relationships, health, career, finances or otherwise) are entirely your own responsibility; the Company accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from such decisions.
• Oracle AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

The Zudia brand, logo, design, code and content are the intellectual property of the Company. They may not be copied, distributed or modified without written permission.

Zudia is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Astrology, Human Design and numerology analyses carry no scientific certainty.

The Company cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App. You make your decisions at your own responsibility.

• Accounts that violate these rules may be warned, suspended or permanently closed.
• You can delete your account at any time.
• Account deletion is completed with the permanent removal of all data within 30 days.

The App uses third-party services such as Firebase (Google), the App Store (Apple), Google Play (Google) and payment processors. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced via in-app notification or email. Continuing to use Zudia after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
